Low-cost deployable single-board computer that lets users with narrow-bandwidth enjoy terabytes-worth of cached content without lag or buffering. Applications include the offline archiving of educational materials for use in rebuilding schools, use by field responders during disaster events, paperless distribution of information and announcements in an LGU, and so on.
